R2 Convergence Company signed a contract with Speed Cast Company in Hong Kong for the High Speed Internet Broadband last June 15, 2001 as reseller.

RELIABLE BROADBAND ACCESS TO INTERNET
Designed for users who need faster speeds, SpeedCast Broadband provides access to the Internet at speeds up to 1.5 Mbps. The service is delivered via an affordable digital video broadcasting (DVB) standard based PC-card or a set-top box connected to the customer's own satellite dish or a SpeedCast-enabled cable or SMATV system.

Customers will require a Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) connection (e.g. dial-up, leased line, etc.) to the Internet for the return path. All customers of the SpeedCast Broadband service will receive the bundled SpeedCast Multimedia service free of charge.
